Kyrgyzstan and Vietnam：Visa Free for 240-hour when transit......
Starting from August 20, 2026, citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Vietnam can apply for a 240 hour transit visa free policy and a 30 day entry visa free policy in Hainan. Citizens of Kyrgyzstan and Vietnam holding ordinary passports and connecting tickets with confirmed dates and itineraries can transit from China to third countries or regions without a visa through 65 open ports such as Beijing and Shanghai, and stay in designated areas for no more than 240 hours. Citizens of both countries holding ordinary passports can enter Hainan Province through open ports and stay visa free for up to 30 days within the administrative area of Hainan Province. During the stay under the two visa free policies mentioned above, short-term activities such as tourism, commerce, visits, and family visits are allowed
