Applicable Population: 适用人群
- Foreign passengers holding a valid 240-hour (including the original 144-hour) temporary entry permit for transit exemption
持有效240小时（含原144小时）过境免签临时入境许可的外籍旅客
- Limited to foreign travelers holding ordinary passports entering via Capital Airport under the 240-hour transit visa exemption policy for 57 eligible countries, with a travel itinerary of "Overseas → China → Third Country/Region."
仅限57国符合240小时过境免签政策的外籍旅客，持普通护照从首都机场入境，行程为“境外→中国→第三国/地区”
- Passengers who transit directly within 24 hours without applying for a temporary entry permit are not eligible for the free storage policy
24小时直接过境、未申请临时入境许可的旅客，不适用该免费寄存政策
Handling Credentials and Rules: 办理凭证与规则
- Must hold a paper "temporary entry permit" for a 240-hour transit visa exemption issued by the Capital Airport immigration inspection department, and affix it inside the passport
必须持有首都机场边检部门签发的240小时过境免签“临时入境许可”纸质标签，贴在护照内页
- A confirmed round-trip ticket with a clear itinerary to a third country/region is required, ensuring a compliant closed-loop journey
需出示已确认座位、明确日期的前往第三国/地区的联程客票，行程闭环合规
- When processing, a valid international travel document (passport) must be presented simultaneously, with the information consistent with the temporary entry permit
办理时需同步出示本人有效国际旅行证件（护照），与临时入境许可信息一致
- Each person is limited to storing only one piece of luggage for free; any excess will be charged according to the official published rates
每人仅限免费寄存1件行李，超出部分需按官方公示的收费标准正常计费
- The maximum free storage period is 3 days (72 hours). For any time exceeding the free duration, charges will be calculated based on the 24-hour unit price corresponding to the luggage specification
免费寄存最长时限为3天（72小时），超出免费时长的部分，按对应行李规格的24小时单价累加收费
- Free storage only covers basic manual storage services

- Additional services such as luggage packing, handling, and door-to-door delivery are subject to extra charges

- Size Limitations: For standard suitcases, the sum of length + width + height must be ≤ 180cm, corresponding to conventional 28-inch and below checked baggage, all eligible for free storage
尺寸限制：常规拉杆箱：长+宽+高≤180cm，对应常规28寸及以下的托运行李箱，都可享受免费寄存
- Cartons and other packages: Length + Width + Height ≤ 180cm. Oversized items exceeding 180cm are not included in the free delivery range
纸箱及其他包裹：长+宽+高≤180cm，超出180cm的超大件不在免费范围内
- Special Items: Large sports equipment (such as skis, golf bags) is not included in the free storage category and will be charged at the standard rate of 100 yuan per 24 hours
特殊物品：大型运动器械（如滑雪板、高尔夫球包）不属于免费寄存范畴，需按100元/24小时的标准正常计费
- Weight Limit: The airline has not set a specific weight limit for free checked baggage, and luggage within the standard 32kg for regular checked baggage can be accepted
重量限制：官方未设置明确的免费寄存单件重量上限，常规托运行李的32kg标准内的行李都可正常承接
- For overweight luggage exceeding 45kg, prior confirmation with the counter is required, as it cannot be directly processed through the free storage channel
超过45kg的超重行李，需提前和柜台确认，无法直接走免费寄存通道
- Prohibited items, valuable goods, fragile items, and flammable or explosive materials are not included in the free storage services and must be handled in accordance with civil aviation regulations
违禁品、贵重物品、易碎品、易燃易爆物品不在免费寄存承接范围内，需按民航规定处理
- This benefit cannot be discounted or transferred, and is only applicable for in-person processing with the corresponding documents. Online appointment for proxy storage is not available

#2: T3 Parking Building B2 Level East Passenger Pickup Area
- Smart lockers, more affordable smart locker prices
- 3.5-6.5 yuan/hour, capped at 20.5-50.5 yuan/day.
